Manage the entire lending process—from initial client interviews and financial analysis to credit presentations and loan closings.
Maintain high‑quality credit standards and drive asset growth.
Participate in community and civic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to uphold profitability, compliance, and professional service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial lending and business development experience.
Solid understanding of banking products, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
