Experiential Education Facilitator, Waypoint Academy - $100,000/year USD
Crossover, Round Rock, TX, United States
Overview
Waypoint Academy is redefining education by replacing traditional classroom instruction with adventure-driven life skills and AI-powered personalized academics. Here, students develop public speaking on outdoor trails, cultivate leadership through collaborative challenges, and progress at twice the standard pace using adaptive learning technology. This is an on-campus role in Dripping Springs, TX. This role is not conventional teaching. You will coach K-12 students to unlock their capabilities through outdoor experiential workshops and one-on-one motivational sessions. You will facilitate nature-immersed activities that develop concrete skills—focus, communication, collaboration—rather than deliver standard curriculum. High achievers who envision a reimagined school model excel in this environment. You will witness students evolve from disengaged learners into self-assured performers, with measurable results visible immediately. Dripping Springs delivers Texas Hill Country scenery just 30 minutes from Austin's technology hub, live music venues, and culinary landscape. Over 300 sunny days annually, proximity to Barton Springs, and year-round outdoor recreation. What You Will Be Doing
