Merchandise Sales Associate
to join our front-of-house team. This role is a key part of the audience experience, engaging with patrons and facilitating merchandise sales before and after the show. Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for all merchandise transactions Set up and maintain the merchandise display area Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Track inventory and restock items as needed Provide excellent customer service and engage with audience members in a welcoming, professional manner Assist with merchandise counts and reconciliation at the end of each shift Qualifications Prior customer service or retail experience preferred Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing demeanor Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Interest in theater, dance, or live events a plus To Apply Please send a note of interest and resume to hello@11tomidnight.com.
