Woodlock Capital is a vertically integrated real estate platform based in Charleston, focused on brokerage, development, advisory, and property management. We are actively scaling and looking to bring on a high-level broker to focus on multifamily and office transactions.
This is not a typical brokerage role. You’ll be working directly with ownership, involved in real deals, and surrounded by a team actively helping clients acquire, develop, and reposition assets across the Southeast.
Our office is located in downtown Charleston, adjacent to Tidewater, our private members club, creating a unique environment that blends business, relationships, and lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
Originate and execute multifamily and office transactions
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, and capital partners
Pitch, win, and manage listings from start to close
Underwrite deals and advise clients on strategy and positioning
Work directly with ownership on live deals and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate across brokerage, development, and investment teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in commercial real estate brokerage
Experience in multifamily, office, or both
Strong deal sourcing and relationship-building ability
High-level negotiation skills and ability to close
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a platform
Licensed real estate broker (South Carolina or ability to obtain)
