As a Senior Banking Advisor within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Coral Gables, FL. The role requires a strong presence and network in the Miami market with a preference for bilingual Spanish/English fluency. This is an in‑office position; we do not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.

Job Description

Identify and sell AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge in identifying and selling solutions to high‑net‑worth clients while meeting with clients inside and outside the office.

Build relationships with internal and external customers through effective use of tools and technologies.

Make day‑to‑day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Manage and monitor the book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention, and expansion of sales revenue.

Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Core requirements include:

8+ years of industry‑relevant experience, preferably with a university or college degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD). Higher level education or certifications such as CFP, CFA or equivalent are desirable.

Proficiency in managing a book of business, client satisfaction, sales performance, portfolio management, and financial performance.

Strong client relationship management, decision‑making, critical thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Candidates may be considered with a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification, and experience, including military service.
