Acquisition Associate

to help us find and lock up off‑market real estate deals in the Atlanta area.

This is a

sales-focused role

where you’ll be talking directly with property owners, uncovering opportunities, and negotiating win‑win deals. If you’re competitive, self‑motivated, and want to control your income—this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Prospect for real estate opportunities - managing both inbound and outbound prospecting (calls, texts, follow‑ups, networking)

Speak with property owners to understand their situation

Build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale

Analyze deals and determine if they fit our buying criteria

Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers

Manage leads and pipeline using CRM

Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into deals

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable on the phone)

Sales experience preferred (real estate is a plus, not required)

Competitive mindset and high level of self‑discipline

Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once

Local to Greenville or surrounding area
