Responsibilities

Maintain profitability of individual properties while maximizing tenant satisfaction for a portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet. Manage property financial metrics and provide monthly reporting and analysis. Read and interpret lease and vendor contracts to determine owner/tenant obligations. Approve and account for all property expenses; resolve tenant billing issues such as CAM reconciliations and direct expense billings. Conduct interior and exterior inspections as required by management, regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders; improve preventative‑maintenance schedules. Resolve tenant issues promptly, evaluate resolution steps, and strive to permanently satisfy tenants. Collaborate with Facilities Management to maintain asset quality; schedule and manage vendors to ensure appearance and function of assets. Maintain asset‑code compliance (fire, ADA, etc.) and recommend improvements. Serve as primary point of contact for security and fire‑alarm calls. Assist in managing the workload of Assistant Property Managers, including coaching and mentoring. Lead and supervise Property Managers, Junior Property Managers, and Assistant Property Managers. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a four‑year college. Seven or more years of progressive property‑management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications

California real‑estate license and Certified Property Manager designation. Three to five years of hands‑on property‑management experience. Four or more years of commercial real‑estate experience. Knowledge of job‑systems and processes, with ability to implement or improve processes. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Experience with property‑management or work‑order software (Yardi, MRI, SAP). Benefits
