Technical Streetwear Designer

About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Designer to support product development and production for a growing streetwear and contemporary fashion brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team and factory partners to manage samples, provide fit and construction feedback, and ensure every style meets our creative and quality standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with strong production experience, technical design expertise, and a deep understanding of the streetwear market.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the design department to review samples and send comments and revisions to factories
Manage and update WIP reports for all active styles
Maintain the T&A calendar to track production timelines
Handle licensed product approvals and follow up on revisions
Coordinate and order salesperson samples
Support price negotiations and factory communication
Ensure all styles meet technical standards and production quality
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion production or technical design
Background in menswear or streetwear (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple styles
