Full-Time, On-site Job Overview
We are seeking accountable and resourceful Superintendents to lead mixed-use apartment projects (50–80 units) from the ground up. The Superintendent will serve as the sole daily company representative on-site, managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and compliant with OSHA and safety standards. Daily reporting and site photos in Procore are required. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of construction sites. Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient project progress. Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety. Document project progress with daily photos and reports in Procore. Perform lumber/trim quantity take-offs accurately (preferred). Communicate effectively with teams, including Spanish/Portuguese language skills (preferred). Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a construction superintendent on multi-unit residential or mixed-use projects. Experience with HCR (Housing Construction Regulations) projects is a plus. Familiarity with Procore project management software is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
