Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Atlanta, GA – A well-established general contractor in the Atlanta market is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their team. This is a confidential opportunity with a strong pipeline of ground-up multifamily work.
Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
Enforce safety protocols and lead site coordination meetings
Requirements
5+ years of superintendent experience on multifamily projects
Ground‑up wood‑frame experience (wrap/podium preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with Procore or similar software is a plus
