We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst, Tape Media Operations to own and oversee enterprise tape media services supporting both IBM (mainframe) and Open Systems environments within our data center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of tape-based data protection services that support business continuity, long-term data retention, and disaster recovery. Although newer storage technologies continue to evolve, tape remains a critical component of enterprise data protection—especially in regulated industries where long-term retention, auditability, and data security are essential. This position provides end-to-end ownership of tape operations, serving as the primary point of accountability for operational excellence, vendor coordination, and audit readiness. Serve as the primary owner for enterprise tape media operations across data center environments. Ensure day-to-day tape services (handling, retention, recovery, and lifecycle management) operate reliably and consistently. Partner with data center and storage teams to support backup and recovery objectives. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience. Master’s graduates must have 2+ years of relevant work experience to qualify. Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Professional experience in enterprise tape operations, data protection, storage, or archival environments Working knowledge of data retention, data security, and operational compliance concepts Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional technical teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and reporting Ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and drive outcomes Experience working in financial services or other regulated enterprise environments Program or project management experience in infrastructure or operations roles Familiarity with enterprise tape platforms or tape management software Industry certifications related to storage, data protection, or program management (e.g., IBM Tape, PMP) Work Hours, Travel & Environment
Work Schedule : This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location. Weekend and holidays will be required. Travel : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Work Environment : This position will be performed in an office setting. The incumbent will sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and operate standard office equipment. EEO & Additional Information

The estimated salary range for this position is 94,400.00 to 146,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
