Deliver financial security to clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Help clients understand and pursue their financial goals by connecting with people, building personal relationships, and forming trusted relationships. Engage in financial planning discussions, assess client needs, and communicate recommendations to support informed decision‑making. Develop and grow a client base by expanding your network and increasing knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends. Qualifications
Interest in financial planning and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Be committed to the role and driven by success. Willingness to pursue licensing and pursue a compensation-based career with training stipends and bonuses. Ability to build a client base by growing relationships and developing knowledge of NM financial products and market trends. Compensation and Benefits
Primarily commission-based career but also includes training stipends and bonuses. Control earnings with the potential for growth at any stage of the career. Average compensation examples: Year 1 $86,000; Year 3 $275,000; Year 5 $600,000. Access to a comprehensive benefits package.
