We are working with a successful full‑service law firm that provides high‑quality legal services to businesses and individuals across Florida and nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Partner to join the Real Estate Practice Group. Location & Schedule
West Palm Beach, FL – On‑site Compensation & Work Expectations
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (base salary range negotiable based on experience). Billable hour requirement: 1850 hours per year. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, including dispositions, finance, and leasing. This role involves working on complex matters with high‑level responsibility and client interaction as a core member of a dynamic commercial real estate practice. Qualifications
5+ years of commercial real estate experience, including dispositions, finance, and leasing. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Ability to work on‑site in West Palm Beach. Benefits
