High school diploma or GED Leasing experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, customer service, or sales background Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed Must be available to work Saturdays Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct tours Complete lease agreements and collect deposits Maintain accurate resident records and leasing files Ensure models and vacant apartments are ready for showings Respond to resident concerns in a timely, professional manner Help create and share marketing content locally and online Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards Apply Today
