Sr. Deal Desk Analyst

Overview
LogicMonitor is seeking a Sr. Deal Desk Analyst to provide support to the Sales organization on renewal and new business deal matters. The Analyst will work with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to provide insight into the customer base and support day-to-day operations. This onsite role is based in Austin, Texas, and reports to the Deal Desk Manager. What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle for renewals and new business, including pipeline oversight, deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract execution Partner with Sales as a trusted advisor on deal strategy, renewals, and new business opportunities Execute renewal and expansion deal strategies to drive revenue growth through pricing optimization and multi-year contract structuring Support CPQ quoting and contract creation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline deal approvals and execution Ensure timely and accurate contract execution, including Docusign processing and adherence to internal policies Coordinate customer provisioning and onboarding for new and renewing customers Proactively identify deal risks and bottlenecks, and partner cross-functionally to resolve and accelerate deal closure Support ad hoc initiatives and operational projects to improve efficiency and support business growth What You'll Need
4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial deal management within a SaaS environment Strong communication skills with ability to partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex deal cycles in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to execute independently Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving Location note:
