Lead Field Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale residential and mixed-use construction projects. Responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and project schedules
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
Support project planning, problem-solving, and field operations
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and teams
Requirements
10+ years of construction experience, including multifamily or commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
Ability to read plans and manage field coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
