These are the qualifications that matter.
- 1-2+ years of onsite leasing or property management experience
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
- Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Support leasing efforts by touring prospects and helping drive occupancy
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing andLIHTC regulations
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Step in to support daily operations in the absence of the Property Manager
