Faith & Community Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a highly connected professional operating within large-scale worship and live production environments to help guide organizations toward more refined, fully integrated technology ecosystems.
Our work supports prominent houses of worship and major gathering spaces across faiths—where production quality, consistency, and scalability are critical. We design and deliver unified systems that bring together lighting, audiovisual, and IT infrastructure into a single, cohesive platform—supporting both in-room experiences and broadcast-level delivery.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic, relationship-driven position focused on aligning the right opportunities with a deeply considered, design-led approach to production technology.
The Role
Cultivate relationships with senior production leaders, technical directors, and executive leadership within large-scale worship and live environments
Recognize and engage at key inflection points—new campuses, major renovations, system-wide upgrades, and broadcast expansions
Identify opportunities to elevate production environments through fully integrated system design
Serve as a trusted, informed voice in early-stage conversations around vision, capability, and long-term scalability
Introduce our team at the appropriate moment to ensure maximum impact and continuity
Partner closely with internal design and engineering teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience
Who You Are
Embedded within high-level worship production, live event, or broadcast ecosystems
Experienced with complex, multi-system environments (audio, video, lighting, control, streaming, and infrastructure)
Comfortable engaging with both technical leadership and executive stakeholders
Known within your network for sound judgment, discretion, and a strong understanding of production at scale
Self-directed, with a preference for a flexible, relationship-based structure
Structure & Alignment This role is structured around long-term alignment and shared outcomes. Compensation reflects the scale and impact of the opportunities you help bring forward, with an emphasis on ongoing collaboration and meaningful participation across projects.
