The Impact of a Sr. Principal Global AI Strategist at Coupa The Global AI Strategist for Professional Services is the lead architect of Coupa’s AI‑driven services evolution. This dual‑impact leadership role defines how Coupa’s global delivery organization serves customers while simultaneously transforming Coupa’s internal delivery engine.
Responsibilities
Externally strategize on translating rapidly evolving Product Management AI capabilities into repeatable, high‑value consulting motions.
Shape the organizational design of specialized AI delivery cohorts (FDEs, Agentic Architects, and Transformation Partners) to ensure maximum customer impact.
Lead the charge in using AI to automate manual implementation toil, codify tribal knowledge, and accelerate time‑to‑value for the global client base.
