Customer Service Representative | Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator - Cedar Rapids, IA As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast‑paced environment coordinating day‑to‑day shipments and supporting the office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads. The key responsibilities are to communicate clearly, troubleshoot customer concerns, and proactively monitor freight movement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Enter new load orders into the proprietary web‑based software.

Make “check calls” to track and trace drivers on all pickups and deliveries.

Communicate internally with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.

Monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to confirm delivery times and notify customers of potential delays.

Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment.

Work cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues.

Skills and Abilities

1–3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize information while completing multiple tasks.

Above‑average proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s degree preferred.

Call center experience is a bonus.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week.
