About The Role
As a CBRE Sales Support Associate, you will provide administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This job is part of the Sales Operations function and involves sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Create property marketing campaigns that include property information materials, comparable market evaluations, and targeted mailing lists. This includes emails, property brochures, and proposals.
Act as a point of contact for 3rd party vendors to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
Assist with the plan of action of marketing particular properties and support Sales team members with the implementation of business strategies.
Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Maintain and update the marketing database system, intranet, and external website.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Impact own team and other closely related teams through collaborative support.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 3‑4 years of job‑related experience; Real Estate Salesperson license required.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), internet research, and web publishing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
