About the Team The Travel Product Strategy team is dedicated to enhancing the value proposition for our small‑business customers by focusing on next‑generation travel products and experiences tailored for businesses that use our cards and payment services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop product strategy through market and customer‑focused empathy research, partnering closely with analyst teams.
Design and deliver travel portal experiences that simplify and optimize business travel booking, management, and rewards redemption.
Manage and grow the existing card portfolio for small‑business customers, collaborating with analytics teams to design and implement targeted customer‑engagement strategies.
We operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving the long‑term vision for our travel offerings while also working hands‑on to bring that vision to life. The role requires energizing teams across engineering, design, marketing, risk, and operations to deliver cohesive and impactful product launches.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
