Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a

high-energy, self-driven sales professional

to help grow our Managed IT Services business.

This is not an “order taker” role.

This is a

hunter role .

You’ll be responsible for:

Prospecting new business

Building relationships in the community

Creating opportunities from scratch

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new business opportunities

Make outbound calls and follow up on leads

Attend networking events and build local relationships

Run discovery meetings with business owners

Present managed IT solutions

Close new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) contracts

Maintain activity in CRM

Compensation

On-Target Earnings:

$90K–$130K+

Unlimited upside

What Success Looks Like

8–12 qualified meetings per month

New MRR closed monthly

Strong presence in the local business community

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years in B2B sales (IT/MSP experience is a plus, not required)

Within 20-30 miles from Hunterdon County, NJ

Comfortable with cold outreach and networking

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and disciplined

Ability to learn and articulate technical solutions
