
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives.
Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of prior employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High school diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Training

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. The range is based on factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
