
Continuous Improvement Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic
Regional Head of Continuous Improvement (CI)
to champion operational excellence across our North American manufacturing network. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a mandate to shape, scale, and sustain world-class CI practices across multiple sites.
You will work closely with cross-regional counterparts and site leadership teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, elevate performance standards, and deliver measurable, lasting results.
What You’ll Do
Set the Vision:
Lead the deployment and governance of global CI frameworks, ensuring consistent adoption and alignment across all manufacturing sites.
Influence at Scale:
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to site-based CI leaders—driving alignment without direct authority.
Standardize Excellence:
Ensure consistency in CI execution while building systems that sustain improvements long-term.
Scale What Works:
Identify, replicate, and expand best practices across the region to maximize impact.
Partner for Performance:
Collaborate with site leadership to integrate CI into core operational strategies and business plans.
Build a CI Culture:
Champion continuous improvement principles and embed them into daily management systems.
Strengthen Capability:
Lead regional forums, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to grow organizational capability.
Measure What Matters:
Establish and track performance metrics that align with global standards and drive accountability.
Be the Ambassador:
Act as the regional voice of CI—energizing teams, fostering engagement, and delivering results.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Significant leadership experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence within heavy industrial manufacturing.
Proven ability to influence and lead multi-site, cross-functional teams—especially without direct reporting lines.
Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI methodologies.
Track record of implementing and sustaining global standards across regional operations.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering measurable, sustainable business impact.
