Business Development Representatives are the dealership's frontline. In most cases you are the first to interact with the customer. This comes through inbound calls, inbound chats, and mostly a high volume of outbounds to warm leads. The primary goal is to build value in the dealership, ask/answer questions, and ultimately sell the customer on visiting the store.

Duties
Daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm prospective customers.
Engaging conversations, understanding customers want
eeds, and presenting the visit as the solution. Mining prospects and generating store opportunities. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly, and professionally. Support sales initiatives by scheduling appointments that show up. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to conduct outbound campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to furthering the relationship with the customer. Compensation 18/hour + Commission/Bonus (No Cap). Realistic first year earning of 45,000 up to $60,000 for high performers. Schedule: 5 day, 40 hour week. 8:30am to 5:30pm or 10am to 7pm. Varies.
