Job Description ArentFox Schiff is seeking a mid‑level associate to join the 4th through 8th year associate class for its Real Estate Finance group in the Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates should have significant broad‑based commercial real estate finance experience. Our diverse, middle‑market focused, commercial real estate practice includes both lender and borrower side representation and involves a broad range of sophisticated transactions including senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leverage loans, mezzanine financing, preferred debt and equity investments, and A‑Note and co‑lender transactions. Our clients represent a range of financial institutions and investment entities. We seek candidates with the experience or desire to first chair transactions and run deals with the support of our talented team. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, with strong drafting and communications skills, and work well with colleagues and clients.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $245,000 to a maximum of $365,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered within that range will depend on factors such as years of experience, education, bar admission, and overall qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit‑based components, subject to applicable policies.
