We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends and effectively communicate product offerings to diverse clientele. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy management. Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and other languages (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus). Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA standards. Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy updates and claims processes. Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks. A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
