Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Agent based in San Jose, CA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market analyses, and creating customized strategies to meet client needs. Additional duties include scheduling and conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires proactive lead generation and keeping up‑to‑date with local market trends.
Qualifications
Real estate expertise, including buying, selling, renting processes, and local market knowledge
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and provide exceptional customer service
Organized and detail‑oriented with excellent time management skills
A current real estate license in the state of California
Proficiency in technology tools utilized in real estate, such as CRMs and MLS platforms
Positive attitude with a drive for building a successful real estate career
Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is a plus but not required
