Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Experienced Licensed Real Estate Agents. Based in Bibb County, GA, the role offers the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Agents are also expected to stay updated on market trends, build client relationships, and actively contribute to team efforts. Qualifications
Real estate expertise, including property management, buying, and selling Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with preparing market analysis and real estate contracts is a plus Ability to work independently and within a team while meeting deadlines Proficient knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and trends Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia Familiarity with property marketing tools and listing platforms is a plus Experience with customer relations and building client trust Access to reliable transportation for property showing
