RIDEA (operating real estate partnerships)

analyze performance of real estate assets Support
financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance Work cross-functionally with
investments, asset management, and operators Ideal Background
Senior housing / healthcare operations OR Real estate / investment firms with healthcare exposure Strong financial acumen (FP&A, investments, or accounting) Analytical mindset with ability to connect
operations + financials 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred The Bottom Line
