Investment Associate
to join its investment team. The
Investment Associate
will work closely with senior investors and portfolio company leadership across the full lifecycle of an investment, from initial evaluation through execution and ongoing support. This

Responsibilities The
Investment Associate
will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting active portfolio companies. Core responsibilities for the
Investment Associate
include:
Analyzing potential investments through market research, business diligence, and financial modeling
Building operating models, valuation analyses, and return scenarios
Supporting due diligence efforts, including coordination with advisors and review of diligence materials
Preparing investment summaries, internal memos, and presentation materials
Assisting with portfolio monitoring, KPI tracking, and strategic analysis for existing investments
Execution & Portfolio Support In addition to transaction support, the
Investment Associate
will participate in:
Management calls, diligence meetings, and select portfolio company initiatives
Ongoing performance analysis and reporting for portfolio companiesAd hoc strategic and operational projects in partnership with senior team members
This

position offers meaningful exposure to both investing and operating considerations.
Qualifications Successful candidates for the
Investment Associate
role will typically have:
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or a similar analytical role
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
A genuine interest in long‑term value creation and building businesses
