As our Financial Services segment experiences rapid growth, we require a Director-level leader to oversee the execution and technical delivery across our most critical accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring that our Data and AI solutions are deployed with the precision and security required by Tier-1 financial institutions.

Foundation Financials, New Rez.
Core Requirements & Competencies The ideal candidate must be a delivery powerhouse who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical production.
Financial Services Domain Expertise:
Deep experience navigating the regulatory, security, and data privacy landscapes of large-scale banking and lending institutions.
Technical Delivery Leadership:
Proven track record of managing complex data modernization (Snowflake/GCP) and AI/LLM implementations from inception to production.
Operational Agility:
Ability to drive efficiency in technical workflows, specifically focusing on reducing turnaround times and automating the generation of technical POVs.
C-Suite Relationship Management:
A consultative delivery leader who can instill absolute confidence in client stakeholders by proactively managing risks and ensuring ROI.
AI-Native Implementation:
Capability to oversee the deployment of "Agentic" workflows, ensuring knowledge bases and guardrails meet enterprise-grade standards.
