Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in occupational health services to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace health solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales activities and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the occupational health market

Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR teams, health & safety managers, and key decision‑makers

Promote and sell occupational health services, including (but not limited to) health surveillance, management referrals, wellbeing services, and fitness‑for‑work assessments

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and contract closureMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to Director of Business Development

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within occupational health, healthcare, or related services

Strong understanding of occupational health services and employer compliance requirements

Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build long‑term client relationships and work consultatively

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently

Existing network within HR, health & safety, fire and municipalities, or occupational health sectors

Experience working with SMEs and/or large corporate clients

Knowledge of relevant occupational health legislation and standards
