Position Summary The Revenue Operations Analyst supports efficient and predictable revenue execution by managing data, systems, reporting, enablement, and process discipline across the commercial organization. This role enables Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to operate with clear insights, accurate forecasting, and scalable processes.
Job Duties
Data, Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports across pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion
Analyze sales performance trends and identify gaps and opportunities
Deliver actionable insights to Sales and leadership to improve performance
Own, track, and analyze variable sales compensation
CRM & Process Management
Maintain Salesforce data integrity and hygiene
Enforce sales stage discipline and pipeline standards
Support opportunity management, account hierarchy, and data structure
Forecasting & Planning
Support forecasting processes and reporting cadence
Track pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and performance vs targets
Assist leadership with territory planning and segmentation analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Support Deal Desk on pricing validation and approvals
Support enablement initiatives and process improvements
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
2–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or analytics role
Strong experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
Advanced Excel / data analysis skills (SQL or BI tools preferred)
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models, home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is preferred
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to company meetings and conferences as needed.
