Job Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman with strong experience in commercial grading to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the grading process and the ability to effectively manage grading operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage commercial grading projects.
Operate and supervise the use of graders, skid steers, and dozers.
Utilize lasers for precise grading operations.
Read and interpret blueprints effectively.
Coordinate general labor tasks and ensure safety standards are met.
Essential Skills
Experience in commercial grading.
Proficiency in operating graders, skid steers, and dozers.
Ability to read and use lasers for grading.
Knowledge of construction and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Foreman qualification.
Experience in mechanical and general labor tasks.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $358.00/hr.
