Overview Max Casino is seeking a
Marketing Operations Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives, oversee promotions and guest engagement, and ensure compliance across all marketing activities. This position requires a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced casino environment and can bridge analytics with creativity to drive guest loyalty and revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Comprehensive knowledge of and familiarity with Casino IGT systems.
Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
Proven experience supervising and leading a team.
Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Windows 10, casino player tracking systems (e.g., Patron Management), and Microsoft Office Professional, with advanced Excel skills.
Prior analytical experience, preferably within the casino industry.
Experience with databases and data reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Represent Max Casino by delivering outstanding guest service and facilitating all property promotions and events.
Identify, develop, and execute marketing opportunities that align with the property’s marketing plan.
Manage and maintain all property social media accounts.
Communicate marketing activities to all departments and ensure cross-departmental collaboration.
Prepare and distribute marketing reports, memos, and event summaries.
Design and update promotional literature throughout the casino.
Assist in executing promotions, drawings, tournaments, and guest events.
Explain and promote offers to guests, ensuring clear communication.
Ensure full compliance with all marketing events, promotions, and reporting requirements.
Make public announcements for special events and promotions.
Maintain and order promotional materials and branded items.
Coordinate promotional execution among departments.
Act as a liaison for marketing tasks within IGT Advantage and other casino systems.
Prepare and analyze monthly statistical and revenue performance reports.
Conduct financial and data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy.
Manage and evaluate database marketing projects within budget.
Upload and manage monthly coupons and offers in the Player’s Club database.
Develop data segmentation strategies to streamline player engagement.
Provide monthly and quarterly analyses of customer trends and player demographics.
Support direct mail programs and targeted marketing efforts to attract and retain guests.
Perform data capture and trend analysis for player tracking performance.
Communicate marketing calendars and promotional details to team members.
Oversee promotional collateral design and internal advertising materials.
Collaborate with advertising agencies and mail houses for marketing mailers.
Serve as a backup for Cage Cashier functions, including variance and count procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing and casino operations.
Licensing Requirements This is a
gaming position
requiring:
A valid Nevada Gaming Registration Card, issued by the Nevada Gaming Commission and Control Board.
A current Alcohol Awareness Card, issued by the State of Nevada.
Team members in this position are prohibited from being employed by another gaming establishment where cash, slot information, or other sensitive data may be handled.
Physical Demands Sitting: Typically 1 hour in an 8-hour shift.
Standing: 3 ½ hours in an 8-hour shift, alternating continuously with walking.
Walking: 3 ½ hours in an 8-hour shift, alternating continuously with standing.
