Product Manager, AI Agents
Built In is the industry’s first Employer Intelligence Platform that helps companies understand and improve their employer reputation and visibility across search and AI. At Built In, you will lead the development of AI agents that help employers improve how they appear across AI‑driven discovery surfaces.
Responsibilities
Translate real customer problems into repeatable agent workflows.
Design agent experiences that deliver clear, measurable outcomes for employers.
Work closely with engineering, data, and design teams to build reliable AI‑powered systems.
Define how agents access platform data and coordinate actions to achieve customer goals.
Ship quickly, measure impact, and iterate based on real usage.
Partner with design to ensure AI functionality is intuitive and trustworthy.
Qualifications
3–8 years of product management experience building customer‑facing products.
Experience with prompt engineering and comfortable writing/editing prompts.
Proven experience solving high‑value problems for paying customers.
Experience working with engineering on systems that combine data, APIs, and AI models.
Ability to move quickly, experiment, and iterate based on real usage.
Compensation Base salary range: $160,000 to $168,000 per year.
