Responsibilities As an Administrator, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the facility to meet state and federal regulations. You will supervise department managers to ensure compliance, deliver clinical services integrated with business plans, exceed quality, utilization, performance, and financial objectives, and provide premier customer service while resolving resident care issues.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
