What Will You Do in This Role? As an Administrator, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations to meet state and federal regulations and supervise all department managers, ensuring compliance. You are responsible for delivering clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical, utilization, performance and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service and facilitate resolution of resident care issues.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies
Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
