B2B Growth Marketing Specialist
Eufora International, Carlsbad, CA, United States
Eufora is a premium, independently owned professional haircare brand built on 27+ years of clean chemistry and innovation. We partner with ambitious salon owners who believe beauty should never require compromise. Our professional channel is the backbone of the business — and we're investing in the marketing infrastructure to match.
Role Description The B2B Growth Marketing Specialist owns the marketing engine that supports our professional salon channel. You'll build and execute campaigns that drive salon partner acquisition, deepen engagement with existing partners, and grow revenue through our professional digital ecosystem.
You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Education to create demand generation, partner lifecycle campaigns, content strategy for our professional audience, and performance reporting.
If you've done B2B marketing in beauty, wellness, or a franchise/distributed brand model and want to own a channel - this is it.
What You’ll Own B2B Lead and Demand Generation
Plan and execute multi‑channel content marketing campaigns targeting salon owners and stylists
Build and optimize lead generation campaigns with landing pages, white papers, webinars, blogs, and case studies in HubSpot for salon prospect‑to‑partner conversion
Track full‑funnel performance from lead capture through partner activation and report on what's working
Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely routing to sales representatives
Drive attendance and engagement for brand events, education programs, and trade shows
Professional Partner Marketing & Retention
Own ongoing marketing communications to our salon partner base via email and SMS systems for promotions, product launches, program updates, seasonal campaigns
Develop campaigns that increase engagement with Partner Points, The Mall, and eufora.pro
Collaborate with Education to market Eufora University programming and drive enrollment
Support the content calendar and execution plan for @eufora.pro across social platforms
Marketing Infrastructure & Revenue Ops
Serve as the B2B marketing power user in HubSpot – manage workflows, segmentation, deal pipeline reporting, and campaign attribution
Coordinate outreach initiatives including email sequences, follow‑ups, and event‑based lead capture
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy across the professional channel
Identify gaps in the partner marketing journey and build systems to close them
Create dashboards and reporting that give Sales and Marketing leadership clear visibility into channel performance
Help maintain sales tools, training materials, and internal documentation
Who You Are
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, CPG, or a distributed/franchise brand model
You understand that B2B marketing is its own discipline – not a subset of sales support
Hands‑on with HubSpot (or comparable CRM/MAP) – you can build workflows, not just maintain them
Strong content marketing campaign execution skills across email, paid, social, and events
Comfortable with data – you pull your own reports and make decisions from them
Excellent communicator who can write a partner email, build a deck, and brief a designer in the same day
Highly organized, self‑directed, and energized by building systems from the ground up
You don't wait to be told what to do
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or partner/channel marketing
Proficiency in HubSpot (or Salesforce + marketing automation platform)
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics
Experience with Wordpress or loyalty/rewards platforms is a plus
Beauty or professional services industry experience is a plus – but a growth mindset and B2B marketing chops are required
Fully onsite at our Carlsbad, CA headquarters, Monday through Friday. Daily collaboration with Sales, Education, and Creative is essential. Candidates must reside locally or relocate prior to start date. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Eufora is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
