
Sr. Social Media Specialist

Position Summary
Full time salaried position, onsite in Tampa, FL. The Senior Social Media Specialist will elevate Catalent’s brand credibility through strategic, insight‑driven social media initiatives that resonate with emerging and established wellness brands.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Brand Management: provide guidance on channel‑specific content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and own corporate social media strategy across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Community Engagement: foster and grow an active social media community, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and implement new features to enhance brand awareness.
Campaign Execution: work with business units to plan and build campaigns, organize and maintain the social calendar, and schedule and publish content.
Analytics and Reporting: define, track, and analyze performance metrics, provide regular reports and insights, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
Collaborative Activities: work alongside project managers and subject matter experts to create content and events, project‑manage stakeholder requests, and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
3–5 years of experience on digital and social campaigns in a client‑side or agency role.
Proven success in building and executing cross‑platform social media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of evolving social media and emerging influencer platforms.
Experience with social listening tools.
Expert user of major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
