What You Will Do in This Role?
Drive capital and specialty equipment sales within an assigned territory
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities tied to patient handling, mobility, fall prevention, bariatric, and pressure injury equipment
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on pipeline growth and bookings
Lead consultative sales conversations with hospital administrators, clinicians, and executive stakeholders
Navigate complex buying processes, capital budgets, and multi‑stakeholder decisions
Partner with Territory Executives and internal teams to deliver complete equipment solutions
Clearly articulate ROI, clinical value, and operational impact of capital equipment investments
What You Will Need for This Role?
BS/BA required; clinical focus preferred
2+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally in capital or specialty equipment
Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles and complex decision processes
Ability to travel up to 60%
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
