
Sales Agronomist

Our client is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Agronomist to join their team. This role is responsible for providing agronomic solutions to customers while driving sales of crop protection, seed, and fertility products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, offering expert advice on agronomic practices and product recommendations
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Conduct field scouting, soil sampling, and crop evaluations
Stay current with agronomic trends, research, and technology
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, product availability, and support services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or related field
1-2+ years of agronomy sales experience
Strong understanding of crop production, pest management, and soil fertility
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
