
Community Supported Living Team Lead

Available from 8am to 5pm. Rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities.
The CSL Team Leader position will provide quality service throughout the CSL program. The Team Leader will support the daily functions of the program by providing hands‑on support to clients and mentoring Direct Support Staff Members.
Responsibilities And Duties
Provides daily direction to Direct Support Staff
Follows written plan of care for each member in the program
Provides hands‑on direct support to members of the CSL program
Collaborates and communicates with CSL Manager, Case Managers, and natural supports to compliment member’s plan of care
Monitors workloads of the group and re‑assigns tasks appropriately
Completes necessary documentation for each member served
Responsible for staff training in conjunction with the CSL Manager
Builds and maintains relationships with members served, funders, and community stakeholders
Participates in On-Call rotation responsibilities
Applies GT Independence values during all workplace practices
Other duties as assigned
Education
High School Diploma
Experience And Qualifications
2 years of experience relevant to the work performed
Knowledge base in supervision, case management, and leadership
Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Team‑work oriented
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment as well as community‑based settings, primarily in clients’ homes. May include light to moderate lifting, bending, and walking. Traveling is required.
