This is an excellent opportunity for a retirement plan professional who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering impactful financial education. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses optimize their retirement plans while building strong relationships with both plan sponsors and participants.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as primary contact for retirement plan clients and participants
Lead enrollment meetings and educational presentations
Guide clients on plan design and compliance requirements
Coordinate with TPAs on plan setup and ongoing administration
Track and manage retirement plan timelines and deliverables
Assist with data collection for annual filings and reporting
Support new business development through proposals and benchmarking
What We’re Looking For
Series 7 + 66
2+ years of 401(k), retirement services, or TPA experience
Proven ability to present to groups and explain financial concepts
Experience working with plan sponsors and participant education
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Series 7 & 66 are a plus
Experience in wealth management or advisory firms preferred
