The Role And What You’ll Do The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing will play a key role in supporting the Partnership Marketing team. This individual supports all partnership account activities and assists with the creation, development, and execution of partner initiatives and events. The role includes account management support, activation planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to help deliver customized partnership objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a passion for sports and entertainment. They should be comfortable managing multiple projects independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Effectively contributes during onboarding and weekly check‑in calls with partners, including preparing agendas and recap notes

Creates and assists with the overall management of account plans by tracking assets, updating progress for month‑end check‑ins, and liaising with internal teams and departments on delivery

Inputs prospect and partner sales data into CRM

Facilitates communication and organization between Corporate Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams

Assists with in‑arena, live event, and retail creative execution by collecting partner artwork, submitting within deadlines, and approving final buildouts

Assists with collecting all broadcast and live event assets in advance of each event

Assists with routing partner static and video buildouts to the event production team for approval

Distributes WWE communications, event schedules, and key partner updates

Assists with scheduling talent appearances and coordinating logistics and payments

Travels to select events to support the Partnership Marketing team on‑site

Works with Digital and Social teams to monitor and track partner deliverables across digital, social, and content channels

Manages sponsor contracted tickets, premium hospitality, and ticket banks

Coordinates sponsor initiatives such as fan experiences and hospitality events

Partners cross‑functionally on key company initiatives and partner participation

Supports the creation and delivery of event recaps for partners

Develops an in‑depth understanding of WWE, the sales process, and partner businesses

You Have These

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment under pressure

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

Collaborative and professional approach with a positive, team‑first attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred

1+ year of relevant experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing within sports and entertainment preferred

Experience or strong interest in live events, sports, or entertainment properties, with a passion for WWE and understanding of the brand

Hiring Rate Minimum $52,500.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum $70,000.00 hourly
