Job Summary
The Latin Tour Marketing Coordinator supports the Latin Tour Marketing Director in developing marketing campaigns for nationally and internationally booked tours. The role facilitates information sharing, organizes campaigns, tracks performance, and supports stakeholders in campaign execution. What This Role Will Do
Reporting to the Tour Marketer, performs a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Tour Marketing team. Works closely with cross‑functional teams (LNE Digital and Media & Partnerships) to maintain and track advertising budgets, including processing advertising invoices and compiling settlement recap reports. Coordinates execution of tickets or applicable pricing for programs and promotions. Coordinates tour details (on‑sale timing, marketing instructions, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates tour logistics and liaises with internal and external teams on tour details. Assists with coordination, set‑up, and on‑site duties at shows, press events, etc. Assists in meeting preparation with artist representatives. Researches audience and artist demographic information to help shape marketing plans. Ensures all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools. What This Person Will Bring
Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in Latin music, entertainment, or media. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required). Fluent in Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Strong teamwork, prioritization and deadline‑management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to recognize and define problems, collect information, establish facts, and implement innovative solutions. Entertainment industry experience preferred. Creativity and problem‑solving aptitude. Highly organized and proactive work ethic. Passionate about Latin music and live experiences. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G‑Suite; experience with project‑management software/tools. Benefits & Perks
