Overview
The
Digital
Product Manager
is responsible for shaping and delivering
immersive, consumer‑facing digital experiences
across
web, mobile, and eCommerce environments .
This role owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for
digital and technology‑led initiatives , partnering closely with marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and creative teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality experiences across multiple lines of business.
Type: Contract,
Schedule: Regular day hours
Duration: 12 months / 1 year
Pay: $58 - $67/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
5+ years of product management experience
with a strong background in
digital software development .
Bachelor’s degree in
Technology, Business, or a related field , or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success
launching and scaling consumer‑facing products , from identifying customer needs to roadmap execution and measurement.
Proven ability to leverage
AI tools
to accelerate product discovery, decision making, and execution.
Strong skill translating business and customer needs into
clear requirements and user stories .
Experience leading
cross‑functional teams
in an
Agile, collaborative environment .
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance
business and technical thinking .
Experience managing
user‑facing digital experiences through enterprise CMS platforms .
Familiarity with
collaboration and delivery tools
such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence, along with analytics, experimentation, and DevOps best practices.
Define and execute
product vision and roadmap , guiding initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
Lead
requirements gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and delivery
in close partnership with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Establish and monitor
key performance metrics , using data to evaluate product performance and drive continuous optimization.
Collaborate with
engineering and QA
to deliver reliable releases, ensuring smooth deployment and high product quality.
Proactively identify
risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Act as a
product advocate , clearly communicating features, benefits, and value propositions to internal and external audiences.
Conduct
market and customer research
to understand trends, competitive landscape, and evolving user needs.
