Overview
Thompson Restaurants is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the calendar of digital initiatives across our portfolio of 15 restaurant brands. This role is responsible for driving engagement, conversions, and guest satisfaction through owned digital platforms and third-party delivery channels, including Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grub Hub.
In this role, you will manage website content and functionality, lead email marketing campaigns, and monitor digital guest experience tools — ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization across multiple brands. Responsibilities Digital Channel Management
Manage website across all brands to include timely updates to pricing, promotions, and pop‑ups.
Monitor the scheduling, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns — brand-specific and system‑wide.
Work with digital assets for resizing where needed.
Third-Party Delivery Platform Oversight
Serve as the primary liaison for Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other third‑party marketplaces.
Own menu accuracy, promotional uploads, pricing alignment, and merchandising (photo) opportunities across platforms.
Monitor third‑party platform dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities on a consistent basis.
Guest Experience & Data
Lead and work closely with the Marketing Associate to ensure listings (Google, Yelp, etc.) are accurate and optimized on a consistent basis.
Own OLO relationship along with providing support for CRM and segmentation strategies and the building of CLV for all brands.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand Managers to align digital campaigns with in-store promotions and activations.
Collaborate with Marketing Associate Manager to support digital delivery of catering, gift card, and loyalty initiatives.
Coordinate with the Creative Team to ensure brand‑aligned creative across all channels.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in multi‑location restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
Proficient with website CMS platforms (Squarespace a plus), email marketing tools (OLO is a plus), and third‑party marketplaces.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs and customer journeys.
Proven ability to manage projects across departments and balance multiple brand voices.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data‑driven decisions.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience managing teams.
Experience managing restaurant delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub) as well as customer data platforms.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe, and Canva.
Basic design or HTML knowledge is a plus.
